Called Monday evening at around 5:30 and spoke to Hayley who booked a collection at our house the next day. I received a courtesy call from Chris giving me a heads up they were on their way and would be there in 45 minutes. Job done in 20 minutes. Too easy. Top marks. Professional, punctual, polite and efficient. Will definitely use them again and recommend.

Matt from Rov’s rubbish removal was a pleasure to deal with. We corresponded via text for the quote and booking. The afternoon before the booked date I received a courtesy call to book a time.

The guys arrived within 10mins of the booked time and were very polite. They removed the rubbish without any fuss leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. They leveled out the area once all the rubbish was removed.

I highly recommend this company if your after friendly reliable rubbish removal.

We were referred to Matt at Rove… six 12/3 loads later plus many extra tasks completed with ‘not a problem’ and ‘we can do that don’t worry’ and the house garage and four sheds are clear and clean as!

Had a bunch of parcels and packages delivered today and most certainly was unprepared for how much rubbish there actually would be after unpacking my products, so a quick few calls to multiple businesses in hope to have all this unwanted rubbish taken care of no one was able to do it same day for me, but Rov’s Rubbish Removal was very helpful spoke to Hayley was very much willing to help me get rid of all this rubbish on the same day, few hours go by and get a call from Chris from Rovs giving me a courtesy call letting me know he’d arrive within the next 20mins he arrived and was very helpful and friendly in getting rid of the rubbish quickly and just like that he was on his way within a couple mins… thanks again Rov’s Rubbish Removal and thanks Hayley for getting to happen all on the same day with such short notice very much appreciated

I hired Rov’s for a subfloor cleaning job recently. Chris came in exactly on scheduled time early morning hours and did a very efficient job and also cleaned the pick up area before leaving. He was very courteous and professional too. Highly recommended!

I have been fortunate enough to have Rov’s do furniture removal for me twice in the last year and they are fantastic. Both jobs were difficult and time consuming due to storm damage and they were wonderful. It has been a very difficult time and they were able to help me quickly and to remedy the situations without fuss and at a very reasonable price. In fact they are so helpful, professional and experienced I have given their details to friends and are booking them again for another job.

The gentlemen arrived on time and got the job done within minutes without a fuss. They were very friendly and professional. I had numerous garden bags full of garden debris, they took the job on straight away, other companies were reluctant.

Matt from Rov’s did a fantastic job of getting rid of the rubbish. Not just that, he did a thorough cleaning of the site as well. Good communication, very professional and all-round good guy. Will recommend Rov’s without hesitation.
